This is a general PTSD support chat. There are very few issues that are off topic because PTSD is such a broad issue. We do request that people do not discuss the actual traumas that caused the PTSD in order to avoid triggering episodes. The purpose of this chat is to discuss coping skills and general living issues after developing PTSD. This chat is pretty informal.
